Great dark fantasy romance story! The storyline was really imaginative and interesting, really pulled me into its world and everything the characters were going through, and it more or less read itself. I wasn't bored for one second. Gyda is a great main character and I found myself sympathizing with her a lot.

This book is awesome! The Viking storyline was super fresh and kept me hooked. Gyda is such a strong, determined main character. The Sirens are portrayed as a really interesting, complex society that added a lot of depth to the characters’ journeys. There’s a perfect mix of action, story, and romance in a dark fantasy style that kept me engaged the whole time!
